My Shipment Hasn’t Arrived
Please check you’re tracking number supplied and the postage option that you paid for our average ETA’s per postage selection re listed below:

  • UPS Next day – order placed by 11:00 will be sent same day
  • Royal Mail – Items will take 4-5 days to arrive from order received
  • If you have checked the postage selection and you have email spares.uk@insafe.co.uk
Returns
If the item was damaged in transit

If you take delivery of a Safespares.co.uk package and the contents have been damaged in transit, you can return the item(s) to us within 30 days of receipt for exchange. Contact us on spares.uk@insafe.co.uk to make the necessary arrangements

If the Item supplied by Safespares.co.uk is faulty

You have the right to return a faulty item within a reasonable period of time. Please keep all the warranty information that accompanies your item as this may be needed should there be a fault. Contact us on spares.uk@insafe.co.uk to make the necessary arrangements

If the item becomes defective (after 30 days of receipt)

Simply contact us on spares.uk@insafe.co.uk to make the necessary arrangements and we will replace the item. Please keep all the warranty information that accompanies your item as this may be needed should there be a fault.

If we sent you an item you did not order (an "incorrect" item)

As soon as you find out we've sent you an incorrect item contact us on spares.uk@insafe.co.uk to make the necessary arrangements.
